Ronnie “Country Boy” Russell is a native of
Marion, Indiana where he attended Vincennes University and was a first team All American in 2002 and 2003. He joined the Professional Bowlers Association in 2003 and has since earned four PBA regional titles and seven career PBA 300 games. In the 2010-2011 season, Russell was ranked 15th on the PBA Tour, had three top-ten finishes and cashed in on 9 of 12 events.
When he’s not bowling, Russell enjoys golfing (which he’s not half bad at), country music and song writing. In fact, he has been known to belt out a song or two of his own original music. As if that wasn’t enough, he also lettered in five sports during high school including diving, baseball, basketball, football and soccer.
